On 10 March at 10.30, Solveig Frøland, from GIEK, and Olav Einar Rygg, from Export Credit Norway, will hold a joint webinar. Solveig will speak about the merger: what will remain the same, and what will the changes be? Olav will speak about current export trends. The webinar will be held in Norwegian.
Solveig Frøland is the department director of shipping, shipyards and offshore projects at GIEK. She has an MSc in Economics and is authorized as financial analyst with an MBA in finance from the Norwegian School of Economics (NHH) in Bergen. Has been employed by GIEK since 2014. Before that, she worked for 20 years at Nordea as a senior relationship manager within shipping, offshore and oil service. Solveig has specialist expertise in international project financing and restructuring of deferred commitments.
Olav Einar Rygg is lending director at Eksportkreditt Norge AS. He has worked closely with the maritime supplier industry since the 1990s through various roles associated with Norwegian export financing and followed the industry through the various cycles that the industry has been through. Eksportkreditt Norge AS has a good vantage point for the development in the industry through the dialogue with exporters and buyers related to possible, new projects. Olav will share his views on market developments for the maritime supplier industry in this webinar.
